Where commercial honey is often micro-filtered, pasteurised and blended to achieve a stable, homogenous product, we store each harvest batch separately to preserve a moment in time, offering a snapshot of a unique place and season.

Raw honey will crystallise in cooler temperatures. Gently warm in water below 38ºC to restore consistency.
